  • Turning 3+ publishing projects for Martin Schoeller into 360° brand immersive brand experiences (books, large-scale exhibitions, events, etc.)

CHANGE & PEOPLE MANAGEMENT:

  • Mentoring/coaching teams and enabling leadership to excel

  • At NPR, conceiving and pioneering several cross-functional task forces

  • Cultivating collaborative culture, establishing appropriate business cadence and ROB

PRODUCTION & PROJECT MANAGEMENT:

  • Producing and managing >1,000 photo and video shoots to help create an award-winning body of work for Martin Schoeller on tight ldeadlines and budgets; A-list celebrities, hairless cats, and helicopters included. (Clients: Vanity Fair, Amazon, KIA, GQ, National Geographic, Johnnie Walker, TIME, etc.)

  • Overseeing 20+ solo and 30+ group gallery and museum exhibitions across the globe
