About

The throughline of my career has been this:

Creative work is inherently strategic. It navigates trade-offs, risk, and investment decisions every day. When organizations design the right infrastructure around that capability, business performance compounds.

I have led multi-million-dollar production portfolios, modernized workflows across cross-functional teams, and built operational clarity inside fast-moving creative environments. My focus is always the same: protect value as complexity scales – and protect people from the chaos that belongs in the system.

I believe excellence in craft and excellence in business scale together when aligned intentionally.

That alignment requires operational clarity, and structure designed with intention.

I build those systems.

I lead creative operations and production at scale.

My work sits at the intersection of ambition and business reality – where ideas meet constraint, and structure determines whether they survive.

With both MBA and MFA training, and more than 15 years in senior leadership roles across digital, media, and brand agencies, I’ve built and governed complex creative ecosystems serving global brands including Netflix, Amazon, Kia, and National Geographic.

But titles and logos are not the story.

Leadership

My leadership philosophy is human-centered and standards-driven.

Well-designed operations increase agency. They raise expectations. They make creative excellence repeatable.

I partner closely with executive creative leaders, finance, operations, and procurement to ensure that ambition, governance, and performance move in sync.

Beyond my Executive Role

I also convene ambitious leaders through Lisa’s Leadership Lounge — a private forum for women navigating growth, influence, and operational fluency inside creative, marketing, and tech industries.

Because stronger organizations begin with stronger, more fluent leaders.

Personal

I live in New York with my husband of 25 years, three children, and three pets. Outside of work, I recharge through landscaping projects, cocktail experiments, and long Hudson Valley walks.
